Understand the daily roleAccount & shift workflows
Learn to follow an assigned workflow, use authorized access, record work accurately and hand over important information at the end of a shift.
Responsible account support
Understand confidentiality, adult-content boundaries, accurate offer descriptions and the situations you should raise with your team instead of handling alone.
Practice, feedback & assessment
Complete practice tasks, discuss feedback with your trainer and apply corrections. The required assessment checks whether you are ready for the responsibilities of an assignment.

Apply feedback

Complete the assessment
Readiness is reviewed before an assignment. Completing training alone does not guarantee hiring; a suitable role must also be available and its terms agreed.
Training arrangements
Your training schedule, expected duration and any payment or cost arrangements are explained before training begins. The $500 starting salary below refers to your first month of work; it does not establish separate training-pay terms.

Your starting salary
is a starting point.
After your first month, we review your progress. If you are improving, you can earn more. Higher pay depends on demonstrated performance and is agreed with Evzon.
We look at the quality and consistency of your work, how you apply feedback, and your performance over time. An increase is confirmed after review; there is no automatic or fixed future amount.

- Be at least 18 and comfortable with the adult-content nature of the work.
- Be ready to demonstrate written communication and discuss your availability honestly.
- Have access to a PC or laptop, reliable internet and a suitable place to concentrate.
- Set aside time for practice and ask questions when an instruction is unclear.
